Alma Harmse

Biography

Alma has over 32-years of experience in the short-term insurance industry.  She started her career in 1989 at the Industrial and General Insurance company (IGI).  By 1992 Alma was handling her own book of clients as Broker for WC Knight and Associates. She was later promoted to Managing Director of the company and served on the board for 15 years, until the business was sold to FNB Insurance Brokers in 2008. After gaining expertise in every aspect of the short-term insurance industry, Alma decided it was time to take the plunge and start her own business.  Driven by her desire to personally provide exceptional service to her clients, she registered Enyandi Insurance Consultants (Pty) Ltd in 2010.  Throughout its 12 years of operation, Enyandi has built a reputation as a trusted Namibian brokerage providing tailor-made insurance solutions to its clients.
